The problem
Buying or selling a home in Mexico still depends on who you know. Information is fragmented across portals that charge for visibility, listing ownership is blurry, and the people who accompany a transaction — notary, lending, appraisal — show up by referral rather than by verifiable merit.
The market
We start in Oaxaca, a market where relationships weigh more than catalogues and where a product that genuinely verifies has room to stand apart. The architecture is not local: language, currency and geography are configuration from day one.
Where the product is going
From a catalogue to a record with provenance: verified identity for whoever publishes, explicit ownership of every listing, and a service rail where providers compete on merit. What is being built is the trust layer, not another listings portal.
