Under Mexico’s Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), you may request access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition (ARCO rights) regarding your personal data. Complete the form and we will respond within the timeframes set by law.

How to tell whether your device works

iPhone or iPad: Settings → General → About → “Software Version”. You need 15.4 or higher.
Mac: → “About This Mac”. Big Sur 11 or later works as is; Catalina 10.15 needs Safari 15.4 or higher; and Sierra 10.12, High Sierra 10.13, or Mojave 10.14 work by installing Firefox.
Android: Chrome → ⋮ → Settings → “About Chrome”. The first number must be 99 or higher.
Windows: Chrome or Edge → “About” (you need 99); Firefox → “About Firefox” (you need 97).
